1. Shipping Method

  • All Orders will be delivered within 5-6 days, shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post) services only.

  • We currently deliver products only within India. 


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within 3 working days from the date of order placement and successful payment.

  • In case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances or based on the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, we will communicate the same to you.

  • Shipping timelines are subject to courier company and postal authority norms.


3. Delivery Address

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.


4. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email on the registered email ID provided at the time of account creation or purchase.

  • You may also receive tracking details, if applicable, to monitor the status of your shipment.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.

  • Shipping charges, if levied, are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations after dispatch, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


6. Delay & Liability

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, natural disasters, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

  • Milau and DYP Cosmetics Private Limited shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier companies, postal services, or other third parties.
